ONLINE WELLNESS WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN WHO EXPERIENCE STRESS

During primal times the fight or flight response was activated when faced with a life or death situation such as a beast that could kill us or we kill it... Nowadays, we switch into fight or flight mode when we can't find our keys, can't find our phone and forced to stop at a red light or get stopped behind someone trying to parallel or reverse park. When these things happen, usually our immediate response is to get ANGRY and panicked. We speed off as soon as we can! This releases cortisol throughout the body.

Through this course learn the importance of using the parasympathetic nervous system as opposed to constantly running in fight or flight mode! Learn to recognise when you are getting ANGRY, Frustrated, Panicked and practise ceasing the emotions before they escalate!

Women are all too familiar with these symptoms of stress:

Headaches, Fatigue, Sleeplessness, Cold & Flu Symptoms, Heightened Anxiety, Rapid Heart Beat... Even just reading that was stressful?
