Dietitian and Chef designed Slimline range of meals

The Slimline range of Supreme Meals offers less than 1755kJ (420 Cal) per meal.

They have been designed for everyday healthy eating, following standards of the Australian Dietary Guidelines and Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. Crozy NuFit Dietitian Kathy Ozakovic has made sure these meals deliver 1 serve of protein (about 20 - 30g), 2 - 3 serves of vegetables (140 - 200g) and 1 serve of wholegrains. This will help you meet your daily targets of 5 vegetables, 30g fibre and 80-100g protein (average female and male).

SUPREME MEALS - THE PERFECT SQUARE MEAL

Supreme Meal Ranges

SLIMLINE: This smaller and lower calorie range of meals are slightly lower in carbohydrates and higher in vegetables to help you achieve a caloric deficit, lose weight or maintain your weight if you have a sedentary lifestyle. The Slimline range is also a great option after a festive season when we tend to (over) indulge!

SUPERCHARGE: Larger and higher calorie meals better suited to individuals with highly active lifestyles, wanting to pack on some muscle and perform better at the gym! 

RECHARGE: This meal range offers no carbohydrates which is not advised as a regular option but can be used as a strategy to help you achieve your goals.
