Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. ​We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time.​

Text Message Records
As a private-sector business owner in Australia, we are not required to store everyday business text messages, unless those texts double as specific tax records, financial transactions, or formal consent records.

Marketing and Consent Records
Under the Spam Act 2003, if we use SMS for commercial marketing, we must be able to prove we received express or inferred consent from the recipient. In such cases, we will keep a record of when and how consent was granted. Any outside of hours or consultation communication with NUFIT WELLNESS will be stored (or not) according to the discernment of the receiver. As such, if you request a record of something specifically because you have deleted it accidentally, this may not exist on our end. NUFIT WELLNESS uses WhatsApp’s 90 day storage option, meaning after 90 days personal communication records are cleared for storage purposes. You may ask the service provider – WhatsApp to provide your deleted records if possible.

No system is completely secure, but we take appropriate steps to safeguard your data.

 

Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
